Seeking Safety is an evidence-based, present-focused counseling model to help people attain safety from trauma and/or substance abuse.  It is offered in person and online through Zoom.  Our Zoom Meeting ID is: 283 038 0461 and the password is: AARS1234.  This meeting is open to everyone, not just patients.  Seeking Safety can help people learn coping skills to deal with vulnerabilities like substance use, PTSD, criminal justice, domestic violence, and many other issues.  

The main purpose of this group is to show other addicts precisely how we have recovered from the desire to use mind-altering substances.  It is an open meeting and more information can be found under Calendar.  All are welcome at this open meeting.
