Are you an existing OTP or do you want to open your own? Our team of qualified and experienced staff will guide you no matter the stage in which you currently exist. We require very little money down to secure a spot as part of the Absolute Recovery Solutions team. What we have the ability to offer for existing clinics:
1. Expedited billing/insurance with Medicare, Medicaid, and Insurance (you may be able to start billing as soon as the first week you join!)
2. Contract negotiation and compliance/credentialing with those companies.
3. Set up billing and assist with understanding changes and codes - we will come train your team.
4. Provide a complete P&P manual and update continually with CARF standards.
5. Ability to save money with CARF and our team will come in prior to help ensure compliance.
6. Build QR codes, online paperwork for admission to reduce time, registration and surverys online for compliance and to reduce strain on your staff, and online custom forms with Method One.
7. Discounted set up for Method One if you are not currently using it.
8. Training on Method One if you are not currently using it.
9. Create, monitor, and post for social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.
10. Provide a centralized website and phone number to direct calls and assist patients in getting assistance.
11. Provide monthly training and team meetings including CEUs to assist your team and save money.
12. Zoom/online meetings for Seeking Safety, DAA, MARA, etc., with the ability of your team to contribute.
13. Umbrella policy to cover your company from lawsuits.
14. Provide press releases for incidents that may occur at your clinic.
15. Assist patients to gain insurance, medicare, and medicaid coverage for those who are currently not covered.
16. Possibility to save money on bulk purchases of UDS, test supplies, and lab work.
17. Possibility of staff and payroll insurance and benefits.
18. One common CPA/attorney to save money and answer questions.
19. Back up staff for emergencies such as loss of medical director, nurse, counseling staff, failure to renew licensure, etc.
20. For additional cost, yearly staff retreat lead by those with a doctorate degree in leadership. These retreats will build camaraderie and make your workplace a better place to work daily!
21. At least bi-annual visit face-to-face from ARS staff.
22. If/when established, the possibility to expand with a non-profit entity.
23. Business starts at a percentage of profit to buy-in; however, there is a cap.
